Since founding the Divey Foundation in 2013, Dr. Tanwar has been a driving force in addressing social inequities. Dr. Tanwar holds a PhD in Computer Science and advanced degrees, including an M.Phil, MCA, MBA, and MTech. Her academic achievements underpin her expertise in both the technical and administrative aspects of education and social service.

​She is actively involved in professional organizations, serving as Vice President of the Indian American Chamber of Commerce and a trustee at the Centre for NAMO Studies. Her role as Program Head at the Vision Special School for Children with Special Needs (CWSN) under SRDE highlights her dedication to inclusive education and support for special needs children.
